There was a dispute over the authenticity of a cuckoo clock.  There were no pictures of the clock per se, but there were some party pictures with the clock in the background.

The photograph was digitized at the scanner's maximum optical resolution, the clock selected, and the display resolution adjusted to achieve a 100x enlargement.  The brightness, contrast, and shadows were adjusted show as much detail as possible.
